just received my report for the 240 package, very pleased with it! Some fantastic sites, good PR range, even contains .edu and .gov sites! Going to hit them with scrapebox and xrumer now... jumped from #8 to #6 for tough keyword since receiving the report last night.
This is my experience:
Report received few hours ago, checked first BOOKMARKS. All of these are NOFOLLOW, not a nice start, cause there are so many social bookmakarks that dofollow!
Then I've started from the one PR7 Wiki: no content, page cancelled.
Then I've checked PR6:
5 of them: content cancelled. (just in few hours)
The other 3: NOFOLLOW.
I've talked with ShuffleSEO and he is telling me all the WIKIS are NOFOLLOW. So, why don't write it down here? It's not normal, in my opinion, and he have to WRITE IT DOWN!
My opinion is NOFOLLOW DOESN'T HELP AT ALL! I've checked it with a new site (not indexed and linked from nowhere), but I put one link on WIKIPEDIA.org. Result after several weeks? My site didn't appear on Google, so it ignored completely the link from Wikipedia! This is my experience..
Anyway ShuffleSEO don't think so, but for the site he owns use PROFILES on WIKI's, where he puts DOFOLLOW LINKS... Strange, doesn't it?
Just my 2cent, if you want, buy from him but it's just a PLACEBO

Actually the bookmarks are (as described in the OP) as an addition to help indexing / backing the wikis a little up. If you're disappointed about them, I honestly cannot understand as you probably wanted to buy Wikis, not Bookmarks to your Wikis.
PR7 is a bonus as mentioned in the OP, beside that, I think it's obvious I cannot give you a guarantee on sticking.
Especially not since your targetted keywords were related to the casino niche which probably won't experience a strong stickrate.
According to scrapebox, 30 hours after delivery, it shows 70 Wikipages as alive - still 10 more than you initially ordered and paid. Also I'd like to watch out for the indexing rate as this is a problem according to you too - nobody else has had this problem so far.
Well actually this is the nature of Wikipages. You showed me some USERPAGES created on diff. Wikiplatforms of one of my sites (don't know if that was intended or without you knowing). I honestly cannot understand you complaining here about NoFollow while you haven't even mentioned that while ordering / talking pre-ordering although we had a lot of discussion as you had a customized package with more anchors.
So your whole experienced is based on 1 link and on a Wikipedia Page. Ever thought about somebody removing your link from there ? Google ignoring nofollow completely is a nice statement too - I'd recommend you to take a closer look on ranking factors instead of to continue your seo journey. Why haven't you even bothered to ask pre-ordering ? Vast majority of Wiki platforms are nofollow, bottom line.
