NEW Facebook Ads

Had an account banned today. I'm wondering if I start up a new account if they'll send a cease and desist or anything lawyer like, since they say not to run new ads on Facebook under any circumstances. If anyone has experience with starting up new accnts after being banned pm me plz.

I had my account banned months ago, created a new account and received a nice cease and desist letter in the mail. Have stopped Facebook advertising since then, but take what you want from this.

August 11th:

You're Facebook account is disabled ....

August 12th:

Thank you for being a valued customer of facebook we've increased your daily spend limit!

..... Account still disabled.

Why do you tease me facebook?

Why not form an LLC and setup an account under that info? FB is definitely cleaning house at the moment, but I am sure things will settle down soon.

Exactly my thoughts. IF everyone there balling with FB why not trough few hundreds for LLC, you spend that on new $2k account (not sure why people sell at that price...I would at least for $2k, cause if you spend that much it's just a day of earnings, right ?)

is this even real:

target females 25 and up 25 mile radius of las vegas
Suggested Bid: 2.88 - 5.25 USD

i havent ran fb in forever but LOL at these prices

That's FB for you, probably CPM is the answer with aff offers...

The Answer is to work on your CTR ... I have plenty of ads which started off asking for high CPC come down to really low CPC's just by working on my CTR.

However in the last week or so I have noticed that for the same CTR, ads seem to be costing 5 - 10 cents more a click. I think there may have been an algo change recently.

Also always ignore the suggested bids, there to rake newbs.

How many clicks it usually takes you to get it to some decent CTR from start and low cpc then ?

I find with my campaigns I usually bid about 30% -%50 under suggested bid ... depending obviously on how ludicrous it seems. Then within about 100 clicks on an ad with good CTR your cpc will start to drop pretty good. Then you can lower your bids little by little until you get to where you need to be.

Be realistic though don't expect for most demos to have a .1 ctr and get 10 cent clicks.

Submitted a dating ad targeting Men.
By mistake I checked interested in Men. Ad gets approved.

Realized later. Cloned the ad. Changed it to interested in women.
Ad gets rejected.

Will only do gay dating ads now. :D
