I wanted to stay out of this thread, but the lulz are so strong they pull me in.

He gained unauthorized access to an account by guessing a password that was used for other services, I think that falls under the hacker definition. Was it sophisticated? No. Was it a hack? Yes.
I think that some of you guys are under the impression that Seema gave him previous access to his TV account, but from what I have read he didn't, the was doing some work for Seema and then tried his password from the other services on his TV account (which he knew he had) and it worked. He didn't at any time have authorization to use his TV account so therefore it is by definition a hack (or crack) just as it would be if a hacker that socially engineers you or phishes you to get your password for a Paypal account and then uses it to steal money.
Nope doesnt look like hes logged in since yesterday. I'm really going to enjoy his response though.

I dont think someone who is hooked on drugs and has a gambling addiction really thinks rationally when it comes to stuff like this. Its likely someone offered him some cash for trojan installs and he thought this was the best way to go about doing it.
Without reading the entire thread (don't have time right now) I'll write a quick response.
About a month before Mayor contacted me I was checking my emails and noticed usage on my TrafficVance account, an ad company I hadn't used for quite a few months. Apparently my account was trying to get ads verified for several websites I don't own, I believe they were .cc addresses I will get the URL's and emails screenshot later when I have time. It is plainly obvious I do not own these websites. There were also several deposit attempts using my card details that didn't go through. When I tried to login it said my account has been banned for fraud, perhaps slightly unprofessionally of me I was angry but didn't bother contacting TV because I hadn't been using PPV and didn't anticipate using it any time in the near future.
When Mayor contacted me I honestly didn't believe half the things he was saying, it just didn't make sense to me. I have had his account details at points but I doubt that information is still on my computer. I am shocked that Jon has verified the TV emails because it seemed incredibly unlikely that TV would just start releasing information about one of their members to other members??
I can't explain how this has happened, if there genuinely were logins from my IP address then I must have a backdoor. What I don't understand is why they think it's me when my account was attacked in much the same way? Why would I login to my own account and try and make fraudulent deposits (with my own card? :S) and then buy traffic to URL's I clearly have nothing to do with.
That's all I can say right now don't really have time but I'll read this fully later. I'm really annoyed this has been posted and people are just jumping on and believing it.
Oh yeh also Zentech Media is not my company, I've never had a company in that name. I may have used that name to sign up to possibly Traffic Holder if I signed up years ago before I had a company name, but apart from that I don't use that anywhere and have no current memory of using it anywhere.

After reading through I noticed you posted my Facebook profile, that's pretty bad. I'm 19, I honestly have nothing to do with this and at the time he accused I thought that it would be obvious to TV that that was the case, if not then I'm really starting to worry.. Could they possibly contact me about this?

This is immature, unprofessional and should be kept off the forums. I know you obviously believe I did this and me denying it isn't going to change that, but why are you trying to ruin me like this? Do you not accept that there is any chance I did not do this? Why would I make illicit deposits on my own account and try and buy traffic to URL's which are seemingly inactive and that I don't own?
