Traffic Vance, Traffic Holder and Media Traffic Accounts Hijacked by WF member

You are a lying scumbag.

Everything has been verified by TV and everything I have said has been verified by Jon as the truth. Your name was passed onto me because they wanted to know if I knew you. As soon as they told me your name. I knew exactly how you had done it.

It's really strange how whoever is operating this magical backdoor accessed my TV account from your PC. Seems like a dumb fuck thing to do to me. If I was a hacker with a list of usernames and password id just use proxies or VPN's to access the accounts. Why bother going to the trouble of using someone elses PC?

Why dont you just fucking admit you used the password for one of my servers to go through all my PPV accounts (which you knew) and try your luck. This is what happened in my mind without a shadow of a doubt.

Ever heard of a botnet?

I won't argue either side since as Jon said, that's the lawyers job, but if I were in your position, I'd investigate what exactly happened with Xenetech's account.

Also, if he paid for the traffic himself you don't have much of a case. If he hacked into your account and stole money that's one thing. Hard to argue that he frauded you when he was the one who paid for the traffic though.

"YA BRO ILL JUST HACK INTO HIS ACCOUNT, BUT ILL CHARGE MY CC NOT HIS LULZ"

sounds like TV saw the same IP that committed the fraud on SEEMA's account had also logged into Xentech's account...

that does not mean that it was xentech, especially if he had previous account problems with fraud. Maybe you were both hacked by the same person?

I've been saying this. Seema is ignoring it. Na na na na naaaa naaaaa :bootyshake:

Occam's Razor guys.

It is not 100% conclusive that the kid did it, but according everything on this thread, and especially his explanation, it is pretty likely.

This is some 19 year old kid not necessarily a super hacker. Kids can make very stupid mistakes, such as logging into other peoples accounts using the same IPs. Which is infinitely more likely than a bot net or a super hacker targeting two people who are not really related (but know each other) and use their Traffic Vance accounts. And how likely is it that this hacker even wants access to TV etc. etc. etc. etc. Just seems much too unlikely to tend towards reality.

If this is a hack on Traffic Vance, which is what it would need to be for this to be a likely senario, then it is pretty strange that TV has not seen more of this than just these 2 accounts of slightly related people.

What is that you are hypothesizing? That a hacker purposely targeted both of them? What would relate them for him?

Oh and we are forgetting the fact that TV knows the name Zen Tech and the kids name, did the hacker set up a new account in his username on WF, but get the spelling slightly off? Does that seem likely?

Both hacked by the same person and just by conincidence it happened to 2 people who just happened to know each other.

Riiiiggghhhhhhhht

OK guys this is how I see it

Seema, you have evidence that a ip address was used to access your accounts and xentech's from what I can see in the forum The traffic was sent to a cc domain afaik these domains normally are used for drive by's and viral infections.

Xen - you have mentioned that you did not do it and posted a mail with some supporting evidence about the domain.

Somebody did do a check with Company's House to see if the Zentech name was registered and to see if it was registered to Xentech - no such luck. Unless Xentech did a viral search or malware search using tools online everything is hearsay regardless of what proof has been posted.

As for a legal perspective - currently the law stands in the UK that if you use somebody else's account details without authorisation to access their details or for any other purpose then you could be prosecuted, this even stands for using your neighbour's wireless to access the internet. You need to provide this to the police and this can be an online submission as there is an online fraud service that covers these crimes but as with all cases they are swamped and this type of investigation will be difficult to trace the originator of the compromise and traffic direction.

If xentech did provide a service to seema he must have to others on the forum, have they suffered the same fate? If not then it looks like a coincidence and makes it difficult to pin on him. Invariably doing it to one person means through behavioral patterns they will do it to other people. This is learned behaviour and if it brought any gain or pleasure then it will be repeated. If it was a revenge or malicious thing then he would not have stopped at just he PPV campaign but would have gone out to really do you over. It could have been a lot worse.

As this is a once of scenario then it is unlikely to be xentech but not improbable, what makes it unlikely is the time lapse between your pissed of I want justice post and his defense.

So overall where does this leave Seema and xentech? Seema out of pocket and pissed off with a certain amount of evidence of a single IP being used. Was this IP logged to the ISP xentech was registered to - don't know but he could ask his ISP to provide the range that they dish out or check for a reverse lookup.

Xentech is confused and tried to provide explanation - as said do a av check and spybot scan - this is meaningless as the scan will be out of date for supporting his innocence. There is a lack of proof as to innocence but also a lack of evidence outright of proven guilt. If xentech's pc was compromised then he would have had other issues with a load of identity fraud and bank details stolen - he can check that online to see if anything was illegally used.

If he has a server then that has been compromised to do malware infection. This can all depend how valuable they see him to be and what they can get down the line.

Suggestion to both of you - get your online identities checked. Verify your credit ratings. Check your bank details, change your passwords and find out if other problems have been caused without your knowledge.
