It was multiple flogs/farticles being emailed in a non-can spam compliant manner....from a phished account that belonged to a colleague. All of a sudden he started to get emails from his contacts saying why did you send me this acai shit. That's not cool.

I have had 2 reports of affiliates running traffic from phished accounts ever at my network and the affiliates were immediately terminated and not paid. We do not approve of or allow phishing traffic of any sort, ever.
