Why you busy snitchin? You should worry about your own companies compliance instead of others. By the way the Can Spam Act doesn't have fuckall to do with content on peoples websites - so methinks you're just talking out of your ass :nopenope: bc:

If Jason wants it to be longer or perm he can(or change the title to something like "Ads4Dough is like a sexy party but with more sex and less party"), and if this thread ranks for Ads4dough then it gets deleted plus perm ban. It's an irresponsible act to purposely use a company's name in a negative way when there's no negative context and its unfair for them to get potentially bad PR over something they clearly did nothing sketchy on. Plus it's fuckin annoying to jump into a drama thread and find nothing. Go back to writing for fox news.

It was multiple flogs/farticles being emailed in a non-can spam compliant manner....from a phished account that belonged to a colleague. All of a sudden he started to get emails from his contacts saying why did you send me this acai shit. That's not cool.
sounds like your "colleague" (probably aka you) is a dumbass. honestly who falls for phishing scams? i'm more surprised some of his friends fell for emails from him recommending they try some ACAI.
I have had 2 reports of affiliates running traffic from phished accounts ever at my network and the affiliates were immediately terminated and not paid. We do not approve of or allow phishing traffic of any sort, ever.
