Ok, it's not the first time that I ordered from Andrey and it sure won't be the last. I paid for this and I have no obligation to review but the results were awesome so I just had to do it.
I ordered the 100 PR4 linkwheel + 2500 tier 2 package to target only one keyword on one URL for low-middle competition. (you can learn more on my noob journal in the newb section)
Speed:5/5
You just can't beat Andrey when it comes to speed. You get your report when other service providers still even didn't send you your confirmation.
Communication:5/5
I give it a 5/5 even though there was close to no communication, everything being automated : you lose no time with sending and receiving PMs, so everything gets ready QUICK.
Price:5/5
17 bucks for the results I will show you below are fucking worth it. There may be cheaper providers, but Andrey knows his stuff, so nothing to add here.

I ordered 100 links, received 140 and scrapebox shows me 117 entries found, so close to 20% overdelivery on the first tier. Domain PR check got me 6 links that are less than 4, but I got 2 PR 7 domain, 11 PR 6 domains and 38 PR 5 domains, so I'm pretty happy here.
I got 3517 tier 2 links instead of the 2500 advertised, so huge overdelivery here.

From #91 on google to #11, two fucking days after my order !! Best I ranked was #57. I believe my rankings will still continue to slowly go up after that, and I have to say that I'm really impressed.
