Okay, this is bad.
I placed 2 huge orders
March 10, 7 packages
March 12, 3 packages
March 14, Andly sent me the reports for the first bunch (7 reports).
March 15, I checked the reports, found out a big mess, he forgot to ignore spinning on one specific word in my anchor text, tried to get him on Skype, and got no reply
March 16, I emailed him about the mess I found, he replied:
"yesterday my pc had a strange problem (usb not working and all peripherals -mouse, keyboard, etc- unusable).
It was a spin issue, now I deleted all post and started resubmitting them again. Will send you the updated reports later today."
March 20, I still hadn't got any reports from him, no response via emails or skype (although he's showing available on skype)
March 21, I'm left with no other option. No work done, clients getting mad at me, etc.
I'm not saying that Andly doesn't do a good job; but beware, the communication ain't top notch.
