I was one of the first to order this service in this new thread. My keyword was ranked 5-6 on the first page for months and then it dropped to #9. I got the reports a few days ago and its now sitting back on #6 again.

I sent a bulk order so I'm expecting the other orders to raise my SERPS as well.

Just a couple of important questions:

1) What do you mean by a 'Live Article' and can you tell and show us a couple of places where the articles would end up (blog? article dir? wordpress? static webpage? squidoo? ) ? Do you give us the author account if it's on an article dir or squidoo or wordpress?

2) Are the Web 2.0 properties with their accounts given to us? Or is it something like a Twitter post on someone elses account?
 
Got my level 2 a week or so ago. There were a couple of issues with the articles that the OP fixed up pretty quickly, so props for that.

The content is spun to oblivion though, I'm surprised no one has mentioned that yet.

A few of the web 2.0s could benefit from some basic stuff like theme changes or html breaks between paragraphs. No positive SERP movement yet.

Live Articles means.... Articles will be submitted in the top ranking Article Directories... yes we will give the author a/c(username & password)..The account for you... Not only Live Article. web 2.0 a/c, social bookmarking a/c's also given.
