Just a heads up - we had a few bulk orders come in at once so we're looking at an estimated 48 hour delivery window instead of the 24 hours or less we normally shoot for. Same deal as always, will post here when we're back up to the full speed we normally deliver in.

I'm currently not offering pinging services, sorry! IMHO it's better to let Google find them manually although I've seen some good arguments from both the ping/no ping camp of late.

Hey matt, sorry if im being an idiot here but i dont get this:

"For each submission I accept up to 25 URL's and 25 anchor text(s), however each submission may only have one set of anchor text(s)"

So if i have 10 different urls all in different niches, and 1 anchor text for each, would i need separate packages since i have no control over which anchor text gets matched with which url?

That is correct - with these packages we "mix and match" both the URL's and the keywords.
 
ORDERED 3 Packages, got them so fast I was confused @ were the reports were coming from. :) Anyway I am still waiting to see if my sites get any help from this.

Minor issues:
The only cons is that I checked many links and some were not publicly viewable, those should be extracted from the lists since they won't do any good for any site. Also many profiles only had the url and no anchor, some with no urls or anchors. Other than that great service. Once I notice some serp movement I will order again, Thank you!

Glad our delivery speed was fast enough to confuse you :)

As for the non publicly viewable profiles I think you'd be pleasantly surprised. In many forums the googlebot can get to many places that normal browsers/link checking applications cannot.
