I got my first banner (ordered 2 - one for later) from PSD.
Told him roughly what I wanted but left it to him to design.
I'm happy with what I got! Great design sense.

Been trying to get in contact with you for the last couple of days on Aim Carl, Had a training course yesterday so wasnt online.

Just got him to do a diagram for me, only gave him the text and a few very rough examples but he did a great job and it just took a few very simple changes, (which were implemented very quickly) and now it looks just what I had in mind! Whenever I need a graphic job done, I'll surely be back for more...Thanks!

Got 2nd banner done by PSD.

Bloody good! I love him in a non-gay sort of way.
He is DA MAN!

Turnaround: 24 hours (but be reasonable if you need something complex)
Design sense: 5/5
Attitude: 5/5
Sexiness: 6/5
 
Great job and produced exactly what I was looking for. I needed some minor revisions and he was more than happy to make them for me. Communication was easy as well. Will gladly work with him on future projects. To top it off the turnaround time was super fast!

A professional as we don't have any problem to communicate even we have a huge time gap and try to catch up with his time table :)
Definitely will hire him again and refer for anyone who look for satisfaction instead of disappointment.

Just got my site design and man it rocks. Very happy with the final results. Can't wait to get help with the other projects on my plate right now.

Its nice to finally find someone who is not flaky. Most designers I have worked with over the years just seem to start getting flaky after a short period of time. Ryan is in this for the long haul and his communication and work product prove it.
