So now the leftist overlords in their great panic have turned to a new strategy: organize their idiot readers into an SEO army and use them to rank negative articles for a candidate's name.

These liberal fucktards are going to get RAPED in November.

its actually a pretty smart strategy - get your minions to link build for you. All the more reason to get in a niche that people are insanely passionate about

So you're saying that liberals are smart, web-savvy individuals who know SEO and have followers to do their bidding, and conservatives don't do any of the same themselves, and are too stupid to do so? I think not. This shit happens on ALL sides. Most of it is done by paying firms to do it, rather than using free labor, but this shit happens all over.

Exactly, good example in Kentucky:

Jack Conway 2010 .com | The truth about Jack Conway and his Senate campaign in Kentucky

Site launched by Ron/Rand Paul supporters, it's SEO factors and rankings are no coincidence. I'm sure it's happened with many other candidates as well, from both sides. Anyone with decent media buying experience can make stupid amounts of cash, as long as they don't mind performing the occasional hit job or character assassination. Just send your resumes to the RNC or DNC and wait for the call.

Yeah, I don't see anything wrong with what they are doing.

Conservatives just need to do it better. There was even some talk of it here back during the presidential elections. Which I still think would be an excellent community experiment. Even if it were just on a small scale for local candidates.

I agree. I've said this before: we could do this to push someone into office.

I'm a registered Republican, but honestly - I just want shit to change for the better, not some change that never gets said what it's going to be and then backfires because the sheep are too stupid to ask.

This crap happens on both sides. I don't think it's going to largely affect the outcome because people get tired of doing it after awhile because they don't see measurable results (because they don't know what to look for to see them).

Lol, here's the song I hear in my head every time I see political threads.

Yeah, it actually is a pretty smart strategy. I honestly don't get why "conservatives" are so technologically retarded when it comes to politics and SEO; this "conservative" blogger calls it Googlebombing and you can tell he has no idea what it is.

It's not just SEO; "conservatives" as a whole are always behind when it comes to web design, message crafting, marketing, etc..

But I just like making fun of libtards. Bring on the November Raping!

This is now the Dee Snider thread:

Of all groups on the right, Ron Paul's following was best at it. The Republican party would be better off not alienating his supporters.
