ysm import sucks

I've tried to use ysm import options several times and it's so random it's ridiculous.

I'm always getting those "import contains errors" and there's no way to figure out what's wrong.

Does anyone have more luck with their import function?

What's driving me crazy is that it takes ages to fill an account with 50k kws so this import option would really cut down the time I waste doing idiotic repetitive actions and allow me to focus on things that matter.
 


I got a bunch of errors when I was importing campaigns from there website, but it worked fine when I used the YSM desktop tool.
 
Nah, I'm creating my own from downloaded campaign from another account.

Basically what I tried doing is downloading one campaign and use it as a shell for adding new keywords.

First I thought the problem is in values yahoo's system assigns in certain columns but after I deleted those the errors persisted so I'm out of ideas.

In fact, I get errors even if I only change a few values like ads...

I'll try it out... hopefully it'll work.
 
Shit I can't use my YSM desktop tool on that account. It said it's not eligible to use desktop tool. Is there a way around that?
 
You can view the errors csv file for specifics. A lot of times the "errors" are bids below minimum. As long as the errors aren't fatal the campaigns will import. Just go back in and tidy things up later.
