YouTube ReUploader with Links | Anyone do this?

I remember a service around here where they would take popular videos from YouTube download them and then reupload them but this time including a link to the persons site. Links are nofollow on YouTube, but the clickthroughs from videos can often be quite high.

Anyone know anyone or even an software that does this?

Not sure if he's still doing stuff like that... I messaged him once about doing more and never heard back.
