OS X for most of my work and crappy ass vista for windows programs, I can't seem to find my old XP discs, I'd love to install that in parallels instead of vista
Gotta give a shout out to Linux for sure. I hate having to test a distro before installing it, due to hardware driver compatibility, but that isn't the fault of the developers.
Thought I would let fellow Mint (Ubuntu) fans know that Level 4 & 5 updates (which aren't displayed by default) have solved any and all hardware issues I've had with my new laptop.
They're considered risky, but after fucking around with all the terminal commands and file editing solutions that are currently offered online...a simple update (mentioned above) solved everything. The linux geeks out there can sure over-complicate some things.
*Off-topic, but I'm sure someone will get some needed relief from this post.
