Do you have your name in a domain name?

Eg. firstnamelastname.com or firstname.com or lastname.com?

I've been hoping to get my last name in a .com format for years. The name expires on the 17th July. I'm hoping no one else wants it and finally after about 5 years of waiting it will be mine!

Have mine - But, have a friend that has been waiting for over five years - (Backordered every year) - The guy that owns it uses it as his resume and is a pretty good animator in Hollywood so not a chance in hell to get it right now..

Another thing that some people don't do because it could get them hurt - (with all the nut-cakes running around out there) - is their address - 1234elm.com, etc - it's almost like owning real estate anyway..

i do now. not sure what i'm gonna do with it. but it's mine. the sad stories above made me do it.

my first name is availble as .com -but not really sure i want to make a website about me

My firstnamelastname.com is available but I don't know I'm sort of half half about registereing it. It's like my privacy is gone if I do. I know that technically by being on the web it's gone alreayd but still it's just weird.

Registering lastname.com is no problem though. Only a few more days now and it's expired. Then to wait out the grace period and hopefully in a little while I can have it.
