Well I'm a little disappointed not to see Motive here, so i guess I have to work harder in the promotion area But since i have been a publisher as well i guess my vote (other than the obvious) would be:

All good companies with good people, and i have never had a issue with any of them.

Advaliant for the great support by my am, but just wish there were more education offers. then come Hydra where there's tons of offers to pick from, but the assigned AM only sends out generic emails and never took the time to contact me.

Though I've not sent any rel volume to them, I like the way Market leverage takes the time to keep in contact.

atm I like OurFreeStuff, Convert2Media, Advaliant, MaxBounty and Motive. Reasons vary from them getting the offers I like and simply treating affiliates with respect, to going the extra distance in offering great help and advice, having a great interface or having fast payments.
Also a shout out to Wotogepa for the PPC Coach connection, they make an effort to look after their affiliates and stick to using decent merchants, whereas some of the better known networks run offers from any old dodgy bastards, it would seem.

copeac is just a great network with a ton of offers and their AM's have a lot of patience... incentaclick is good before they became CXdigital...

Always had good experiences with Azoogle and Hydra and PJN. PJN doesn't use DT.

How about Max Bounty and Rocket Profit? Does anybody have experience with them?

I like maxbounty, rocketprofit not so much, I find the interface annoying.

the following of the top of my head: advaliant (they just got a new one, still getting used to it, but seems good so far), maxbounty (simple, which makes it easy to use, but at times its lacking), motive (great interface, possibly the best out there), revenue gateway, yep!, express revenue (dont like theirs though), neverblue, rocketprofit

When I was just doing my affiliate stuff I used Hydra for the bulk of my traffic, great network.

Don't feel bad Motive did not make the list either! This works out since we are geared a little more as a VIP network - you can't just let anyone in
