It looks like a really interesting project & I will definitely begin to follow it's progress. If it would "ever" have any success I think I would participate in it after the age of 60 because ya know. I like sex.

Sooner or later it will happen, it does not matter the year, what matters is that humans will inevitably reach a stage where they have the tools to evolve.

I believe is more likely we will modify our dna instead of making "mind" copies and then transfer them to a machine. Our new organic bodies will be able to resist for much longer than our current bones and flesh.
