We guarantee that it moves up. Currently we offer the redoing service only for the Gold Package. Normally it should move up cause the amount of backlinks pointing to your website is around 10K - 60K. You might want to reword it a little bit differently then, it's not a guarantee if you don't offer a refund or anything if the expected outcome doesn't actually happen.
