OK, quick review:

Received report with urls.
Checked random sample, link is there, and domain PR is correct.
Of those checked, half had non anchor link only, but link all the same. Those that did have anchor link seemed to correctly cycle through the few anchors provided.
Too early to tell stick rate or if they effect ranking at all.

Tested on a non promoted (but established) domain so i will report back latter to see if the links have stuck / had any effect.

Overall, provided what he promised, though too early to tell net worth of the package.

I got a 500 profile review copy. A good portion of the links didn't have any anchor text due to the type of forum software that was used, but the domains were of advertised PR. A lot of the sites were in different languages, but this is expected with an Xrumer blast. A total of 637 profiles were included so that makes up for the ones without anchor text and takes into account the fact that some of them will likely be deleted over time. Overall I'm pretty satisfied. The going rate for manually created high PR forum profiles are $15 per 50 links. This service obviously isn't manual but it makes little difference to me. $25 for 500 links is a GREAT deal if you think that high PR domains will have more affect on your rankings. In a sense this is true because if a forum has PR, Google will most likely crawl it more often than a spammed up forum with no PR.

The prices for the no PR guarantee packages above me are pretty standard and don't match up with the excellent price of the PR3 profiles, but the rate is pretty standard nonetheless. This is the second time that I've dealt with the OP and I can tell that he knows his stuff. Is his service the best I've ever used? Well no. But he's definitely worth dealing with and his prices (at least for the PR3 profiles) are VERY competitive. I'm surprised there haven't been more takers on this offer. Perhaps this review will lay aside any doubts you have and convince you to lay down some cash for an excellent service.
