i didn't look to see who grabbed the walcreatures.com... i'm betting it wasn't them, though... still interesting from an IM perspective...
Yeah, I'd be really surprised if they didn't receive a C&D letter from them but that doesn't mean they would have a case based on "trademark infringement" -- these sites are still running...
