There are too many retards in the news rooms. The topic that I am talking about is the validity of Barack Obama's birth certificate. CNN, NBC, and other news reporters have said that they don't believe he is a citizen. Glenn Beck in particular made me laugh when he said a comment like "I think that Obama is racist against white people and the white culture" and then 1 minute and 15 seconds later he say that he did not think Obama was racist. I watch a lot of Jon Stewart and that guy has news right on! Some reading this post will be thinking the same as me. I mean, WTF? So my question is, do you agree with the media on this? Or not? :xmas-smiley-016:

If you don't like it, why do you watch/give a shit?

I stopped watching TV years ago, been better off ever since.

he is racist in the sense that he cares more about stupid black people than smart white people.

Jon Stewart is as bias as anyone else

"All you read and
Wear or see and
Hear on TV
Is a product
Begging for your
Fatass dirty
Dollar"

When Ann Coulter even agrees with the "liberal media" and says that the birthers are nuts, you know there's some validity behind it.

Absolutely none of them said what you're saying they did.
At all.
Not true. Lou Dobbs from CNN said that he did not agree with the Hawaii certificate. It is all over YouTube and CNN. Also of course Rush Limbach disagrees with it too. That is a given. That man is a true communist. That is my opinion of course.

I find it somewhat amusing that a fellow in Poland is concerned with what Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh are saying.

Fatbat - I was just thinking the same thing.

Uh, you are aware that The Daily Show is a comedy show, not a real news show, aren't you?

I also think that the birther thing has gotten a bit out of control. I do, however think that there is some reason that the BC and dozens of other requested documents of O's haven't be released. The guy has spent hundreds of thousands of his own $ in court to fight the release of his BC, college transcripts, grades, passport and thesis. Would you blow that much money unless you had something to hide?

I am an American living in Poland.

I know that the Daily Show is a comedy show, but it does have the news of the day. I get most of my news from CNN. It sucks that I can't watch the regular USA news shows. But, hey what are ya gonna do right? I have to agree with you egreenie. There is too much blow up from this Obama birth certificate crap. That is the beauty of the news.

Rush Limbaugh is an idiot, and has nothing is not on any of the major news networks. So I don't even know why you brought him up.

Lou Dobbs said he doesn't believe that Obama is Kenyan or any of that crap, but wonders why he won't just show the original and get it over with. I was watching the show where he first talked about it.
Asking questions does not imply agreeing. Asking questions is not bad.
Let's quote him in a later program after all you circlejerk diggers jumped on him.
"The state of Hawaii says they can't release an original paper copy of the president's original birth certificate because they say they discarded the original document when the health department records when electronic some 8 years ago. That explanation has not satisfied some critics" (cue roland martin, some politician)
That does not imply agreeing. That seems like realistically stating the reality of the situation.
There's a huge difference between being curious, and saying the President isn't eligible.

He said that:
1)Is what the state of Hawaii said
2)Some of the nutbag critics are not satisfied.
He then interviewed of all people Roland Martin, who would personally bathe in the presidents excrement if he could. And a politician who ALSO agrees Obama is legitimate.

Apparently you can't quite follow these "stupid" reporters...better hope they don't make it even more complicated.
You might have to you know...pay attention to the actual content rather than some soundbyte Keith Olbermann spoon foods you.

Everyone knows the birthers are nuts. No significant reporter is supporting them. Get over it.
There's nothing wrong with debate.

+1 this

I keep randomly hearing about the birth certificate thing. So the deal is no one has an original? Are there other examples of other Hawaiians that don't have their originals either? I guess I need to know the latest right wing conspiracy theory for when my mom goes off on the US President being an terrorist or some shit.( since I'm a grown woman and yet still can't tell my mom to STFU. :-/)

xmcp123, honestly do you think that it will "all go away" if he did have the original? No. I have to give you kudos for the quote. I do follow these "stupid" reporters and I always laugh when they screw up and say something stupid.

Question: Why can't a foreign born person be US president?
Quoting Attorney General Bates from the mid 1860s.
"... our constitution, in speaking of natural born citizens, uses no affirmative language to make them such, but only recognizes and reaffirms the universal principle, common to all nations, and as old as political society, that the people born in a country do constitute the nation, and, as individuals, are natural members of the body politic."
