Looks photoshopped to me..

Look at the glow around the base of the slide where it connects to the Elephants ass. Isn't that a feathered effect?

If it's real, it's of course WTF?

It's photoshopped for sure. You can tell from the slight translucent gradient where the slide and the elephants ass connection, if it was real you wouldn't see any red - it would be a very hard edge. Also there would be more shawdowing on the bottom of the jungle gym on the back left of the image because the slide is covering part of it.
