What im looking for is topic based links that can be related to plastic surgery- this could be other medical sites, celebrity news, cosmetic reviews, blogs about this type of stuff-- or if you have an idea of something that you feel could be related that is fine too.
Id like the pages to be as spam free as possible but if we needed to use an internal page for the links that is fine.
I am not looking for profile links, random web2.0 blogs that are a week old, or comment links- I can do all that part on my own.
