Wp zon builder

Thanks for the reply, I will get the WPZonBuilder, looks like a much better option.

Hey Luis, is it actually possible to pull entire categories into wordpress? So for example I want to include the whole DVD categorie from amazon into my wp installation so I get all subcategories as wp categories as well?

This would totally kick more ass than anything has ever kicked before!

I finally got my site setup, secured, and WPZonBuilder installed. Installation was a breeze once I got IonCube setup.

This plugin is absolutely amazing after only 10 minutes of use. It put a very attractive post onto my blog, pulled the reviews into comments (I still need to get the ratings to come up as stars), and is downright simple to use.

Some things I'll have to work with:
- I use Platinum SEO, but this integrates with All-in-One SEO. I'll have to switch to that and integrate I guess.

- My product's sale price says "Too low to display." Hrm?? Will have to research how to get a real price there. This is for a shoe with many different price options on the Amazon page.

- Similarly, "List Price: $0.00". That's not true.

- The Availability is unspecified. Would like it to just skip that if it's unspecified.

- My theme is making a ton of text red. Not sure why but that's my problem.

This is on a money domain that I don't yet have time to fully develop. Will be incredible after a bit of linkbuilding. Sure, a full-blown site will be better than this, but if you pump a ton of WPZonBuilder sites out and know how to get up on Google, you can profit with very little work.

I'll keep working with it and will be willing to give a great testimonial once I have it on autopilot.

OK, so here's what i think is happening:

My product is a shoe. There are many different sizes and colors. WPZonBuilder doesn't currently seem to know how to handle this, so the prices aren't looking good. I e-mailed support.

I'd like it to simply put the price range of the shoe and a list of available colors. For availability, it should say "Most in Stock" or "All in stock" if they're all available.

I'm not sure if the Adwords Advertising API lets you pull this much information. I've tried to do this myself in the past, but that was a while ago.

Without these functions, this site won't be as good as I'd hoped.

I'm also not sure if Amazon's API can pull the info, but if you send me a link to a shoe on Amazon with options for size, color, etc. I will look at it and find out.

You can remove the Availability line by editing the template files in the /wp-content/plugins/amzn/templates/ folder.

I still need to get the ratings to come up as stars
They should be appearing as stars by default. How are they appearing now?

So for example I want to include the whole DVD categorie from amazon into my wp installation so I get all subcategories as wp categories as well?
I will see if Amazon's API will let me pull products like that. If so, I'll definitely include it in a future release.

Hey thanks for the response.

OK, you've seen my link in the e-mail. Let me know what you get with the API. I may also do some research in their forums this morning, as I have another project that needs to pull "flavors" of drinks out of the database. I'll let you know if I get anything myself.

Right now, the workaround is to just manually enter the variables in the blog post entry screen so that the site looks good. This lets me get the site up so I can SEO/linkbuild it and then get back to my money project.

The deal with the stars is that you're hard-linking to wp-content in the URL to site.com/wp-content/plugins/amzn/stars/

This works for 99.9% of people, but I rename my wp-content folder to something else and specify WP_CONTENT_DIR and WP_CONTENT_URL in my wp-config.php for added security on my sites. It's not impermeable, but it's one extra layer.

I should have thought of that and will change it. I don't expect you to use the WP_CONTENT_URL variable :)

This is from this presentation on security. Very good:

Fixed the stars.

But dude these need to be transparent PNGs. I have a grayish background in my theme and it doesn't look too spectacular. The ones that Amazon themselves use are transparent, so you can steal those.

Overall, stuff I can fix.

I'm going to get my products rolling in, ping them, check SEO, and start linkbuilding. We'll see what Google thinks about the dupe content. I'll report back.

I don't have a specific release date in mind at the moment but I am working on 1.2.

If anyone has suggestions, the sooner you get them to me the more likely it is they will be included.

Sorry for the extremely delayed review. I wanted to be able to implement this thing right before I sent out a half-assed review.

Basically I'll let the site speak for itself, go to iPad store | iPad hacks and take a look. Now, just to be clear, only the products/posts themselves are from the plugin (not the effects/sliders/big pics), but that can easily be implemented on your own.

This plugin is an absolute life-saver. I can't imagine the time it would have taken to grab each individual product by itself, grab the content, get my affiliate link, make a post and add pics. I'm probably looking at about a week of work without this thing. The entire store was setup within a matter of minutes on my site, and that was mainly just because I was digging through the search results to find the best ones. I can definitely see myself implementing this on all of my product based websites from now on.

The integration with AIO SEO is fabulous and a huge help. This plugin was basically exactly what I needed to get my affiliate store up and running. The addition of reviews as comments is ingenious and another huge time-saver.

I will add to this as I start to witness how my store will actually perform, but as of right now I'm extremely impressed by the power and ease of use of this thing. Amazing job!

Bought it. Pretty awesome. This will make for very fast setup if you're cranking out a lot of sites.

Suggestion when you load up the que, rather than showing a bunch of items that will be filtered, just show items that will be posted. This way you're not putting in 100 and 5 get posted, and you don't have to run through 11ty billion pages to see what didn't get filtered.

Anyone have themes they particularly like for this?

I sent this to support but I will post it here as well. Everything installed and setup just fine, but for some reason when I try to add a product to my queue nothing happens. I am running the latest version of wordpress.

I've answered you via e-mail. If you want it handled on the forum instead let me know and I'll close the e-mail support ticket.

Would be cool if you could build in stages like 20-30 out of say 200 if you have a large number of products so that it dont hog the server cpu use as it is you have to select some and then re search and select some
