For some reason, whenever I start a campaign, I almost always get leads on the first click. But, I think it's just some shenanigans to get me to send more traffic to the offer.

Like the last three campaigns I've ran, I've gotten leads/sales on the first click.

I know exactly what you mean.. I start the campaign and in the first 60 minutes I get a few sales, say 2 or 3, and after that it just dies and eats up all my profit...
