Wotogepa - trouble with support

Is anyone else having issues with Wotogepa responding to emails? Over the past couple of weeks I have been put in requests for pixel placement, support for a bad link, request for a couple of offers they don't have and for the most part I have gotten NO response.

It took me a couple of emails and a couple of days before they placed two pixels I had sent them, and this bad link means that I can't push my site live or do anything with it, but after three emails and at least three days' wait someone has still to get back to me.

I am respectful and friendly in my emails. I do not pester them or ask really stupid questions. Why are they not getting back to me?

Typically I contact Wotogepa support via AIM. You could talk to them at WotogepaCV2, he's online a lot although I notice he isn't online right now.

Well, as I say I've posted in the PPC forum, and also gotten no response. What a joke.

They're slow , I think that only the 2 guys are the ones that deal with it.

For a crappy network , their $300 debt payout is pretty darn nice.
