Working With A Partner/Friend?

I'm in a partnership and I do all the creative/affiliate network stuff while my partner does all the programming/accounting. Neither of us are pros at it (especially me when it comes to negotiations, etc), but I think that combined we are definitely better than one guy would be.
 


Why would you share your hard earned money with somebody when you could hire to work for peanuts? But ... partnership could work sometimes
