I would also imagine that women can/do get aroused during an actual rape. That's not a moral judgment. It doesn't make rape any less wrong. it just "is." I guess I never understood the idea of ignoring reality just to support some viewpoint when it's possible to be completely honest and still make the right judgment calls.
But if it's just your imagination and you don't actually know whether a woman becomes aroused or not during rape aren't people just ignoring your imagination as opposed to reality? And what bearing would a biological reaction to the event actually have? That's like saying some people that get robbed probably won't necessarily miss some of the stuff. It doesn't have anything to do with anything related to the crime.
You probably don't even get the Bobby Knight reference do you?
