It's likely the alcohol talking, but I'm compelled to give a semi serious answer.
If you have no employees, then you'll likely become a loner, and pissed off at all your friends who can't come out to part on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and more pissed off at the douchebags you see pulling tail in their cheap suits, when you know you are balling 10x harder than them and their trust fund. (It's beyond me why girls still haven't figured out that bosses wear whatever the fuck they feel like, while their peasant employees "dress to impress.")
When you have employees, you're either going to be the reclusive type, who is shit scared everyone is going to steal your ideas, or you're going to be the outgoing type who sets up business lunches and dinners every day to get a conversation out of some local business owner, because you crave intelligent conversation and openness with anyone, because all you talk to your gf, wife, or (more likely) mistress about, is how to give better blow jobs and why they should lose 10lbs.
