Whether you like it or not, STS is the most prominent section of this forum. It's the first section most new members/visitors check out. It's also a section that most established members frequent. So the "just stay out of STS" mentality isn't going to fly, as STS is a big part of the community. Sure, random tits/ass/cocks isn't an issue for everyone, but it is going to push a significant number of visitors away from this forum.
I've been around Wickedfire for a while and I can safely say that the quality of the forum has been declining steadily for the past year. I don't think this community can afford to drive away users that can significantly contribute to this forum. If you care about this forum like I do, then you should care about maintaining it's quality. Keep in mind we've added <10 quality members since 2010.
Keep TnA out of regular STS threads, new users already have enough trouble dodging the Dickroll mines.

It's because the forum is bigger. The more members you have the worse the quality is going to get. Look at DP, it wasn't always as bad as it is now. Nobody shares info here anymore because it's too fucking public. I don't come here looking for info because there is no info to be had.
The traffic and content forum is DP-lite, hardly any good info there just a bunch of "my site got sandboxed halp" type threads. I spent some time in there recently when a couple of my sites got hit on the feb 6th update and people don't even know the difference between above the fold update and the feb 6th update. The entire thread is full of wild ideas and accusations about why sites got hit. I tried my best to pull something of value out of that thread and figure out what the feb 6th update was about but it's just a cluster fuck of noobs, panicked website owners, and a few competent SEOs trying to figure out what happen.
It's never going to be what it once was, there are simply too many people and too many noobs who don't know what they're doing. From what I gather most of the serious aff marketers went to paid and private forums. I guess Jon could try to create an actual real premium section but I don't know if there are enough competent members left to create a good private section. Just because I act like a fucking retard here doesn't mean I have nothing of value to contribute or don't know about cool shit, but I'm certainly not going to post it for noobs to see and fuck up for everyone else.
If you guys want some super awesome information clearing house area, you'd be better off finding it in private skype chats and save WF for buying services and entertainment.
