Seeing as they make up 60% of the total population, I'd be surprised if there weren't more rich Asians than westerners.

Nice thread, very informal for those of us that haven't been to Eastern Europe Or East Asia.
All this talk about East Asians not liking dark skinned people made me wonder...
How does a black guy get treated if he is on vacation or decides to live in Thailand?
Is he like the lowest then, or is it just for local dark skinned people?
What if you are a dark skinned local, but you are very rich.. what then? Still lowest?
Had no idea some asians were racist like that (if it's true).

Dark skinned locals are treated quite differently than foreign blacks. American Africans are also treated different than Africans.
Africans are treated pretty close to the bottom of the barrel, but it's mostly of their own resolve. You'll regularly find them sleeping in a night club at 4am, or large groups of them stinking up the corner of a bar to the point that the locals are complaining to management about the smell.
On the other hand, African Americans are normally treated pretty well across the board. In Japan they are even a novelty and the women dig it. I had one Taiwanese chick try to make me jealous by going to dance with some black dude; fail.
Most of the upper class in Asia are racist against foreigners, regardless of how dark your skin is. Even for the rich chicks, there is a stigma attached to foreigners that you're dating them for their money.
I know some Filipino chicks that have met their Aussie boyfriends moms, only to be told "you're dating my son for his passport/money"; when the reality is the chicks family has a private jet or helicopter and makes most people look like peasants.

You sure about that? I'm American and have been living in Czech Republic for five years. I also know two Americans and a Canadian who all have been living in Poland for 6-8 years. None of us have ever had anyone come at us for our nationality. The only thing I've encountered is cunty attitudes, but from what I've seen that also happens quite a bit to locals. Also, plenty of locals wear clothing with American shit written all of it, so that sounds a bit off as well.
I must be one of the only guys who get more female play in my own country (and other white countries) than in Thailand.
Or rather, maybe it isn't so weird, with all the sexpats making every little thai girl think she has to go out of her way not to seem a slut - which she is because Thai women are massive sluts, that's why it is the prostitution capital of the world.
But at least in Bangkok girls are damn unfriendly until you get to meet them and talk a bit, so they see you're not a two week tourist, then they basically throw themselves at you and I almost mean that literally. A Thai girl with a few drinks in her and in a (Thai style) nightclub is like a teenage girl in the UK. No control, pure hornyness.

I have come to dislike the Thai idiocy a bit and their faux-modesty. I get eye-fucked by hot blondes, iranians, african girls in hotel bars in Stockholm, but these little Thai girls are so insecure they don't dare talk to a foreigner.
Again, strange times, I must be the only man who gets laid with relative ease anywhere in the western world, but doesn't get the same play in Thailand.
Or maybe it is that most westerners in Thailand are too clueless to see they are 'dating' a hooker of some kind and that the dating pool for foreigners - including party girls at RCA and on Thaifriendly - are mostly 90% ugly girls and semi- or full on pros.
