Actually its a myth in asia that "White men" are rich but its actually the opposite more asians have become millionaires in the last 5 years than westerners. Mericans have become poor.
its all about money afterall. Filipinos are another typical example, the girls will do anything to get their hands on a brit or american. In Singapore, I have actually seen brits marrying their maids for fuck sake.
Actually, in many Asian countries its a bit more complicated than that. Many Asian countries are racist and classist. If you're a dark skin Thai from the north-east (Isan) your chances of hooking up with a high-class Thai man are near zero. He would rather eat his own foot than be seen in public with a dark skinned girl.
Same thing applies to which class or strata of society you come from. You don't see a lot of rich Asian guys marrying waitresses or bank tellers.
Sure, they might keep around such a girl for banging on the side and set her up in an apartment and all but once she hits 30 he'll dump her for another 20-something.
So, for the girls, the options are:
a) Marry a comparable man of their own race and social status.
b) Marry a whitey.
Especially in Thailand, when you consider the limited income prospects for an uneducated, racially discriminated against male and the propensity for men in that socioeconomic status to be big gamblers and drinkers (and, more often than not, quick to resort to violence with a wife or girlfriend), whitey seems like a dream.
And the reason they see us as rich, walking ATMs is because of us. Guys fly to their country from all over the world and throw money around like it means nothing.
There's nothing more humorous or sad than some 30 year old guy sitting in a bar in Bangkok trying to get into a gals pants by bragging about how much money he makes to a girl who's salary is about $350 a month.
Is it any wonder that she's with him for his money when that's EXACTLY the thing he sold her on?
Or you get these grandfathers who plan on going out of this life with a bang by moving to Thailand and marrying some 18 year old girl and they're shocked that she's not with him out of love.
It's interesting to watch the differences in dynamics between Japanese men in Thailand and western men in Thailand. Japanese men spend a lot more money but they demand high quality. You go to any bar that caters to Japanese men and the prices are insane but the girls are model quality.
You guy into a bar that caters to westerners, and it's all about how much the beer costs and the women are from the lowest casts of Thai society.
Or look at the G-Club (membership club) scene. You go into an upscale G-Club and chances are you won't see a white face in the place. It's all Asian men. But the women who work there are stunning, college educated, and actually know how to be good company (i.e can carry on a conversation, are respectful, etc).
And if any of the Asian guys in the G-Club want something more, they pay for it and set the terms. If he wants the girl to put a feather duster up her arse and bark like a dog he explains exactly what he wants and how much he's willing to pay for it. Or if he's looking for a mistress (because he certainly wouldn't marry a whore) he tells her exactly what the terms and conditions are of the relationship and if he catches her violating any of the T&C's he kicks her to the curb and replaces her with a new girl.
Where are all the white faces? Nana and Cowboy drooling over some uneducated Isan girl who was working in a rice field 2 months ago. Ten minutes into the conversation whitey is professing his love and trying to impress her with how much he makes back home and how he would make a good husband and can take her away from this life. LOL
If she's lucky whitey will take her on a two week vacation around her country, buy her a bunch of new clothes and jewelry and stuff a big wad of cash in her hand as they part ways at the airport. They'll exchange phone numbers and after 2 or 3 calls she'll tell a tale of a sick family water buffalo and asking if he can send money.
Is it any wonder why Asian women think whitey is a total pushover or why they think we're made of money?
