Imho Peach and VinSVT are right, you did not come up with what u promised the loyal users of this forum, Jon. I think its a shame u behave urself like this and are this unproffesional. I know this is a laidback forum but ur making some kind of e-penis competition out of this. You are acting all tough that u have a forum like this that is runnin' sweet and dont give nothing to the ppl who build this forum for you. They expected a good price not some freeware program that they could download themselves with some minor adjustments. I think people like Dave should own this forum cause they are actually making this forum worthwhile.

We were promised a site built by your "team". The site that we received, however, wasn't built by your "team". It was, as was previously stated, WP with a collection of plugins. Unless you employ the staff over at Wordpress along with the plugin writers, then your "team" had nothing to do with the creation of said site.

In the end the selection of a niche was completely pointless as you provided no content. Also, a site was not created for us. We were only provided with the skeleton of a site and told to create our own.
In addition, you didn't do us any favors by leaving the site devoid of content. It is obvious that the lack of content was due only to your inability to follow through and deliver what was promised. You allege that you left the site without content so that we could replicate the system. Well, even if you had provided content we could still have replicated the system, because only a complete moron wouldn't have been able to figure out how to build additional sites once it became obvious that this is nothing more than WP and plugins.
We thought that we would be provided with a quality site, but instead we received a system whereby we could unleash a series of splogs.
As winners we did quite a bit of work in order to not only win our prize, but also to make Wicked Fire a better place. In making those posts we thought that we would be helping you to launch your forum and, in return, that you would be helping us toward success by providing us with this fantastic prize. In the end we upheld our end of the bargain. It's just a shame that you didn't do the same.
I sincerely hope that you do provide something for the winners as our prize wasn't really a prize at all.

That script can be downloaded for free. WP is free and all of the plugins on it are free.
On the other hand.... a site that would of been "built by his team" is not something that is free nor can it be downloaded.
If you'd like to spawn up a couple thousand websites... to make a quick buck. Go for it. I still work a full time job... I dont have time for that nor do I have a team to do it for me.
I personally dont feel we got much of a deal at all.
I believe the last time rssgm was updated was early/mid 2005? The link for downloading on that page doesn't work. Looked into it and found it elseware.

Hahaha, must admit it's kinda funny (sorry winners) and I'm glad I didn't stay up all weekend posting posting my heart out, finding 50 original topics, and losing sleep over it :stonedsmilie:
Great way to build traffic, I must admit! Jon is really the master at this stuff haha and I am learning sooo much by being on this forum (no joke). I'm just here to make money, so Jon if you want to share the scripts with me thats fine, if not no worries :1bluewinky: I will earn em eventually hehehe

You all just don't get it. You don't need Jon to post the script or have him send it to you. Just go and download WP along with certain plugins and you are all set.
