I'm one of those "SE0 guys trying to sell you SE1 services from India" and I use myus.com They do dropship, phone numbers w/ screening & scan all documents sent to the adress if selected.

Telcan is good and cheap. Not too many features tho, but if you all you need is a simple redirect it's very good.
