Kidding of course. To be honest, the smartest people don't usually have the highest IQ. Being smart is about learning from people "smarter" than you, identifying and borrowing great ideas and concepts, noticing bad ideas and filtering them out, having a sense for talented teamates/partners with whom to work, and adding your own personal creativity and innovation to all these elements you choose to absorb.
Being smart is about knowing the right things to absorb and adding your own special sauce. That's what I always loved about WF... there's plenty to absorb. You've just got to know what to filter out.
If you're smart enough to do all that and can understand and leverage your own competitive advantages, you've won half the battle.
