Speed and Delivery: Turn around was just under 2 weeks. On the edge of the TAT stated but worth the wait considering the project scope and work completed
Report: Provided in an Excel with EACH article available in a Doc file. Formatting is great so I can use these article easily in other forms or spin them for tier 2 stuff. Reports in Excel for live links. Everything is reported so its quite extensive, including the username/pw, live links, comments and other details
Qualitly: Articles are not written by native writers but they are of high quality for outsourced work and very readable and generally on topic. The articles for the unique web 2.0s are done in a way that suits web 2.0 style and aren't actually spammy. Goes to explain why all properties are still alive after a week from report delivery.
An earlier reviewer said web 2.0 names seemed auto-generated. Mine were fine and definitely manual with good diversity among the properties with each one being unique. So looks like OP is taking into consideration all the feedback from reviews, good stuff!
Over delivery with all non web 2.0 components of the package.
Overall another well thought out and executed Web 2.0 service. Unique properties with good names and content (2 post each is the way to go), will give these longevity and minimize moderation. As far a value its pretty good considering all the extra juice you get from the tier 2 stuff.

Report received 11 days after ordering (pretty normal for this stuff).
I was also sent the Web2.0s yesterday for approval before the tier 2 links were created, which was nice.
The properties are on the standard big sites.
The content is the standard, cheap but readable type. Not quite as good as one or two other web2.0 providers.
Each post has a single photo.
There are around 30 extra web2.0's with spun content too (I will be asking these to point at the unique web2.0s instead of my site next time).
I really like the fact that blogposts are included for the tier 2 links. Nice to have the web2.0 profiles too for a bit of variety.
All in all this is an excellent value service.
