So the person doing the click fraud is one of the smaller advertisers and not one of the guys serving the most impressions on a daily basis? This is massive click fraud, ctrs of 1-15%, so I guess the biggest advertisers are just taking the click fraud daily and waiting 5 days for refunds? I really have a hard time making sense of that.

If the click frauder was one of the smaller advertisers and the big advertisers just kept owning the inventory, what would be the point of continuing the click fraud with so much effort? Hint Hint - It's probably pretty effective for whoever is doing it right now.

Amex seems to do that to MyAds a lot. Amex blocked MyAds charges with me, but all the charges were good.
