You should be thankful that you live in a stable country with a decent Internet connection. Imagine if you lived in Libya or Liberia.
American is no longer the land of opportunity, trust me. . . Not sure where you heard this . . . no one I know has a job. Most younger people have a shit-ton of debt if they went to college, too. And I think a lot of people would agree that the U.S. is deteriorating pretty quickly. Expect the next American Revolution in a few years . . .
Plus, you work on the interwebs? There is as much opportunity on the interwebs as you want . . .
In short, the U.S. is extremely overrated. A lot of people are suffering here right now. There are a ton of other places to live with a higher quality of life. Look to South America.
I hate cold weather so I probably won't go to Canada and I think that we need a visa to live in Canada but I'm not sure. BTW Vancouver does not look so bad but Canada never really attracted me. What's cool there? It's most likely gonna be the UK where I will move to. Wealthy place with a shitload of opportunities.
What about an East Asian country? I think that's much better.
Also you need a Visa to live in ANY country, until you qualify for permanent residency or citizenship. This might not apply if you're a EU citizen looking to live in another EU country.
