In regards to the original post- You have a company, you should have done basic groundwork including types of work you are capable of doing. As you have workers already, you should have had jobs as well for them to do. Currently places like the freelance websites are where you will get a bit of work to do. A piece of advice, don't do the crappy "We are some blah blah company specialising in this that and another and have done sall sorts of work..."response. Actually respond to the person's work query stating what you can do including the "extra mile" effort you can put in.

Once you build up a good portfolio and rating, incoming jobs will flow much easier.

In regards to you English, are you aware that you are writing in "broken English" ? I am suprised at this as the Indians I know from India have very good english (written ie, oral is another story at times).

Lastly, this is probably one of the last forums you should have asked a question like yours. I believe Sitepoint is more suited to giving you an answer that may help you (or they can turn on you, so ask nicely with no advertising).

There would be ofcourse companies in india who wont be giving qualitative work , but just because of some people you cannot point everyone..

My dad just got a dell laptop and had to call support about his "dell creditcard" or whatever it is. He gets so pissed off when he can't understand the person. He told the dude to get his manager and the same guy came back with a different name.
