I don't think you need details. If I'm not mistaken, you just get a small print ad in a large metropolitan newspaper for your particular site. Say..."Make $3,000 per week working at home" or some shit, but much better sales line. Give the URL.

Someone looking through a paper and taking the time to remember or write down a URL and then go type it in is a much better lead than someone that just clicked through. They had to go OUT OF THEIR WAY to visit your site.

If I'm wrong, correct me. If not, and you're pissed that I elaborated too much, then delete the post. :) But that's what I was thinking.
 
I was totally joking with my comment.. but I've been hearing good things about the ebay classifieds ads.. By the way, many people don't know this but did you know ebay owns 20% or so of Craigslist.org? Craig's partner sold off his shares to ebay a few years ago, and although they haven't done anything about it, they may down the line.
 
I'm from a small town of 30k and see those types of ads in the paper ALL the time.

Maybe I should start running some and see what happens or better yet make a classified site strictly for the area I'm in and promote it locally and have my own free advertising...hmmm.

EDIT: Jon aren't you suppose to be on vacation? pfft...a vacation slacker I take it. :p
