Move to Oklahoma! Housing is dirt cheap here.

Man I probably would have moved long ago if I didn't have so much family here. Hard to take the kids away from a good family bond .

I'd like to gather enough capital to be in real estate. The housing market will slow down which would make it a perfect opportunity to start buying property.
Site-wise, I'd like to build a higher return visitor rate and hopefully increase my traffic to 10k uniques a month.
And with markets I want to leave equity trading and start trading currencies and commodities.
