Where do I find affiliate programs that offer recurring commissions?

not with the program I was promoting. And after looking into it...pretty much every legitimate casino affiliate program(those that actually pay their affiliates) doesn't reset.

The casino affiliate programs are very shady. Found tons of stories of casinos not paying out at all, changing terms, re-registering signed up customers at another brand that doesn't pay commissions etc. The few programs that were on the level, tend not to reset since they view it as a legitimate partnership

Try Dublinbet - I've been promoting them for a couple of years. No negative carry over and I've never had a problem with payment.

it resets.

Nope, not always. Varies significantly program to program. You want to look out for programs which promote "no negative carryover", which means your balance gets zero'd at the end of the month if this is of concern.

The only issue with this is that you tend to earn smaller commission %'s. For a good longterm relationship with an affiliate program it's not something that bothers me, the casino always wins in the end.

gambling didn't work out that well for me.

I managed to get a profitable campaign going, not much, made a 100 bucks or so after 3 months. Then someone wont $10,000...and I got stuck with a -$3,000 balance. And apparently with these programs that doesn't reset at the end of the month, so I won't see a dime until that $3K is paid off.

Seems like gambling is too volatile for paid marketing. For SEO free traffic it might be ok, but then again, you can always end up with $0 for the month if one of the people you signup wins.

You weren't doing enough volume. Gambling is all about building up a solid base of players. You need to be referring 20-30+ new depositors a month to begin to get regular income from it and minimise variance.

When you have few players, you run the risk of having a "lucky" person who deposits a lot getting lucky repeatedly and wiping out your income.

It's like trading stocks and shares, you buy lots of different shares so that if one does poorly your portfolio doesn't drop off.

Once you've got a couple hundred players in your affiliate account you should be doing good, regular, passive income. It's one of the few sources of truly passive income out there in the affiliate world.

The only issue is the gambling affiliate market is even more morally fucked than most affiliate markets, programs come & go, as do scammers and you get shit like one casino acquiring another one and refusing to honour previous affiliate agreements, meaning your players get stolen away from you, etc... So it's a constant minefield in terms of being aware of which operations are legit, gone rogue, being acquired by rogue companies, etc...

Once you're at a good level and have a good number of players in your account / steady flow of new players your affiliate manager if you ask them will move your high rollers into a separate account, to stop them wiping out your lower value players too. (You end up with say one account with XXX players in it doing $3-4k/mo consistently then another account with just a few players in it that does $20k one month, $-100k the next, $90k the month after, etc etc...)
