I drive a civic BTW. Nothing fancy, but I got nearly 40MPG last week.

Same here, a '99 with 165,000 miles on it. I will drive it until it's rust, regardless of the size of my bank account.

Acura TSX, I bought it thinking it was a good value and a decent car... it's alright but I think I'll go back to German cars after this one

Why?

just attached to it?

I just see a car as a point A to point B thing, as long as it's fairly comfortable and reliable then I'm happy. Nothing against people that want flashy cars, I certainly understand that, it's just not for me.

gotchya, its just not your fortay?

I'm currently driving a 1992 Chevy S-10. She ain't pretty, but at least she's paid for.
When the truck dies, I'm eager for a Honda Element. Love 'em!

Yep. Plus the Civic's paid for, and I like not making car payments. The next car I buy will probably be paid for out of pocket, but it'll be a couple of years still. Hopefully. Unless my car dies at some point, but I take pretty good care of it, and Civics last forever.

It's funny how people in the US try to import cars unavailable here (M3 CSL anyone??) and he gets a caddy hehe

You always want what others around you don't have. Grass is greener on the other side and all that.

No doubt... I would kill for some many of the cars you guys have over there.

Thanks. I got it as there are very, very few over here in the UK and I wanted something a bit different and with some "bling" appeal!

Even where I live in OKC they are sorta rare to see. I cant imagine how rare they are in the UK, again, badass ride!

I don't drive myself being that I live in NYC, and it's pretty pointless. But last year I invested in a chauffer service, where I pay a flat monthly rate and they drive me around wherever I want, and almost whenever I want. I recently upgraded from a 2005 Executive Lincoln Towncar to the 2006 Mercedes S550. This one is also made for executive travel so the seats in the back are way more comfortable, and I have a TV/DVD player accessible in the backseat. It definitely impresses the ladies too! Maybe one day I'll get my license and drive myself, until then, I'll leave getting lost up to my driver.

S550 is a nice car, but lol you don't have a license yet:eek: you're missing out :).
When we get bored over here we just jump in the car and drive around pointlessly, or "quickly" ;)

Mine's paid for too. When I have money maybe I'll think about something else. Right now, its only got 99k on it - its got a long way to go.
