and Adsense is not an option...

Clickbank is reliable. It's been tried and tested by many. So a lot of products head for Clickbank, which makes it a good place for affiliates because the products are there.

This sounds like a "duh" answer, but it's the truth.

I've heard Shareasale is really good, most people prefer them over CJ

Im using SkimLinks at the moment. Seems alright.

They take 25% of each sale, but I dont give a shit about that. Being in Australia, I get knocked back by a lot of the CJ/PepperJam etc stores that are listed on there.

With Skimlinks, Im automatically approved to those CJ fuckers.

What about Amazon? On google, almost the articles I can found recommend Commission Junction and ClickBank. I think they're good. But I heard that ClickBank will take a huge fee for inactive account. is that true?

Yes, it's true. If you create a steady flow of commissions with CJ it's ok. But, if you can't do the minimum they will take the money from you. Of course, the minimum is only $50. And they don't count you as inactive for about 2-3 months. so....if you are doing that little it's probably better if you find a different revenue stream.
