What's the perfect amount of sleep for maximum productivity?

Sleep less, live longer?

Although it’s a common belief that 8 hours of sleep is required for optimal health, a six-year study of more than one million adults ages 30 to 102 has shown that people who get only 6 to 7 hours a night have a lower death rate. Individuals who sleep 8 hours or more, or less than 4 hours a night, were shown to have a significantly increased death rate compared to those who averaged 6 to 7 hours.

Because we are all the same, the exact amount of sleep needed for maximum productivity is 6 hours and 32min and 10 sec. EXACTLY ! If you get that amount of sleep every 24 hours then you will become VERY successful.

Fact is, depends on what you do every day. You might need 4 hours of sleep one night cuz you were lazy and did nothing, the next day you might need 12 hours of sleep cuz dat girl....

I need about 8 hours a night. I do regularly go periods of 4-5 hours a night during school nights and then sometimes through the weekend, but eventually it catches up and I start to fall apart and feel mental. When I get like this I can easily do 2-4 nights, of 12-15 hours, on the trot, easy.

(I'm healthy and exercise everyday fwiw.)

Stop with all the nonsense already. Even if you sit on the couch all day and play video games you need more than 4 hours of sleep a night to be healthy. Are you fucking trolling or just really stupid?
