When you join an affiliate program, what tools do they absolutely need to have for you to want to promote them? What are the ones that aren't so definitive but will help you pick them out over another program?

Absolutely need conversion tracking preferably postbacks but at least secure pixels.
Nice to have is banner rotators, offer walls, and offer feeds or API.

Is there a particular way you like stats to be displayed? Do you like getting email notifications on sales or rather just log in and find out?
I don't like emails or logging in to aff networks, I want to see all my stats at a glance in 202, with postbacks it's exact, with pixels I have to think about if I have the payout configured correctly but it's usually close enough.
