Now you can't change your link when editing an ad???

I go in today to see if I labled an ad correctly and they've changed the URL field to make it uneditable. Why would they do this???

I am. But you still have to add a subID to the redirect/Outgoing URL on FB.

you can as you have fund in account or disable the add and start new..

It can do but as uneditable URL box it loose the flexibility. To disable and starting a new one time consuming also.

I noticed this last week too. It creates a default with a Facebook quote and logo, WTF. Fucking weird.

I think the best thing to do is to start over and just make sure you're happy with it before you end. Try to make it the type of ad that you won't want to change for a while.

As Facebook makes changes, bettering its privacy for users and monetizing its site, it will definitely go through these problems. It is likely they are trying to protect themselves and their income more than anything. Unfortunately, we do need them so we'll just have to work with what we've got.
