a little while ago I thought it'd be funny to make a parody of all the hosting websites, so I made http://www.nouptime.com

it's a 1 page site but people liked the idea so I got tons of plugs from blogs and forums
it's got a PR of 4 without any SEO, people just link to it so I get traffic

I get about 1000 uniques per month, sometimes more
I was wondering if there's a way to monetize a site like this, any ideas?

nice. You could probably throw up some hosting affiliate ads and tout them as your evil competitors who don't understand the benefits of downtime. If you write reviews about them you'd probably rank for hosting services to boot.

Yeah, you could have the top 10 worst hosts... and under that some that you would recommend.

Promote it and get it known and stick up 10 small to medium sized hosts and make them pay you to remove there site.

This is brilliant because it keeps the site in character.
