Hi,

Crawler priorities dofollow links you can have rank your website in search engines through dofollow links that pass link juice. But it doesn't mean nofollow links are wasted no its also beneficial for your website. It improves your PA.
 
Both are important in improving your website but, both have different functions. Dofollow links are those that allow Google and other search engines to point back to your website. While nofollow links can help you leverage that SEO potential.
